Fees
For applicants who register for one examination per registration form, the DSM examination fee, including the NISPC credential, is as follows:
- Anticoagulation $250
- Asthma $250
- Diabetes $250
- Dyslipidemia $250
Refer to the fee structure below if you are interested in registering for multiple exams at the same time:
* $250 / 1 exam
* $400 / 2 exams
* $550 / 3 exams
* $675 / 4 exams
Refunds and Withdrawals
If you wish to withdraw from the examinations an administrative fee of $50 per examination will be deducted from the original registration fee you submitted.
